A longtime Vermont prison guard has pleaded not guilty to federal charges he had sexual contact with two female inmates.
A grand jury on Thursday indicted Tracy Holliman, 49, of South Burlington. He's accused of sexually abusing two inmates between April and June of this year at the state prison in South Burlington.
It's unclear if Holliman is still on the state's payroll. Vermont Corrections Commissioner Andy Pallito referred us to Vermont's Human Resources Department. They had not yet returned our call when this story was published.
