Coping with suicide

Posted: Updated:
BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Suicide is devastating for the family and friends left behind. Cathy Voyer Lamberton was ravaged by grief when her 19-year old son, Logan, took his own life.

Three years later, she's launching a speaking tour to help others navigate a tragic loss like hers, as well as to educate the loved ones, friends and co-workers of those who are grieving so they can help and be supportive.

Cathy Voyer Lamberton welcomes emails with questions about grief.  You can reach her at beyondsimplysurviving@gmail.com
