Books over Breakfast: Banned authors

Posted: Updated:

Next week is Banned Books Week. However, the Morning Show is celebrating early.

In this week's Books over Breakfast, Kari Meutsch of Phoenix Books shares books by banned or once banned authors. These authors have either had their works banned at public libraries or schools across the country.

The Burlington bookstore will put these and other banned works on display.

The books mentioned in today's segment:

"Fangirl" by Rainbow Rowell

"The Ocean at the end of the Lane" by Neil Gaiman

"Salinger" by David Shields and Shane Salerno
