A traffic stop in Hartland landed six people in cuffs for allegedly trafficking $30,000 in heroin in Vermont.
On Monday a trooper pulled over a Nissan Maxima on Interstate 91 in Hartland for a lane violation.
The trooper noticed several signs of drugs in the car. The vehicle was seized and a search warrant was executed. On Wednesday, police say they found more than 1,000 bags of heroin and a small amount of pot inside the Maxima.
All six occupants were arrested for heroin trafficking.
