Police want to hear from parents whose kids may have had contact with an alleged child rapist.
Andrew Mullin, 49, of Elizabethtown, N.Y., was arrested Tuesday and charged with rape and endangering the welfare of child for reportedly having sex with a 12-year-old girl. Police say the incident happened in March of last year.
Authorities say Mullin has been affiliated with Shriners and Mason's groups based in Essex and Clinton counties as well as a program called the Constellation group which works with young girls.
If you're child was part of this program or has ever had contact with Mullin you're asked to call state police.
