It's a big weekend for Air Force veterans who are gathering in Colchester.
They're here for the Northeast Regional Air National Guard Tournament.
It was started by a Vermont Tech Sargeant back in the 1970s and is held in states down to Virginia and west to Ohio.
This year, it is back in Vermont for the third time.
More than a hundred bowlers are expected from many different states.
"This is a spin off of the National Guard tournament. They've got fifty years and we're in our 36th year and I'd like to see it get to fifty," says regional coordinator Sketer Coe.
"I really got started in Bermuda in 1963. That was all there was to do. Either that or go to the beach," says event coordinator Barry Haybecker.
Barry and his wife Phyllis planned this weekend's event.
They met in 1956, when he was stationed in St. Albans.
