It's just the start of November, but some folks have already been skiing in Vermont. And many others are "gearing" up for the season.
In a matter of hours Friday afternoon, the gym at Camel's Hump Middle School was transformed from an open space to a room filled with just about anything winter-related.
It's all for the Cochran's Ski & Ride Sale, and 20 percent of the proceeds benefit the Cochran's youth racing team and helps keep it affordable.
Organizers told us you can find everything from the usuals like skis and snowboards to socks, snowpants or helmets.
"There's a line that forms I think starting at about 7 a.m. and by 8 a.m. when we open there's a line that wraps around the building and some year's there's snow and it's really exciting," says coordinator Laura Slesar.
The sale is set up by volunteers and a lot of parents from the ski and ride team.
It's going on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and again Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
