Dennis Tribble was convicted of murder twice. The 63-year-old Vermont man was convicted of shooting and killing Michael Borello in 2000. But the Vermont Supreme Court overturned the verdicts. Tribble pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder saying he acted in self-defense.
Tuesday, Tribble told a judge his investigator, Constance Keresey, was overloaded and not able to handle his investigation. The judge told Tribble he would have to find a new investigator as he represents himself in the third round of court proceedings.
