DUMMERSTON, Vt. (AP) - A farm in Dummerston, Vt., that hosts a popular Christmas tree business is up for sale through the Vermont Land Trust.
The owners of the Elysian Hills Tree Farm want to remain residents of the property. They've enlisted the land trust to find a new owner and operator.
The Brattleboro Reformer reports the first of two open houses is scheduled this Saturday, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The second is planned for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 12.
Elysian Hills also features about 100 acres of managed woodland, which includes 20 acres of sugarbush and recreational trails.
The farm consists of 138 acres of conserved land.
