BURLINGTON, Vt. -

The longtime bookkeeper at Cold Hollow Cider Mill is expected to plead guilty to embezzling from the business and a local youth hockey program.

Cold Hollow in Waterbury is one of Vermont's top tourist attractions. Authorities launched an investigation last summer into missing money at Cold Hollow.   Now federal court records show Michelle Rutledge, 46, is scheduled to enter a plea to charges she embezzled about $120,000 from the cider mill and the Friends of Harwood Hockey Association where she served as treasurer.
