"As we transition into a world of ubiquitous, keyboardless, connected devices, it is essential that we invent new ways to find information that do not rely on typing search queries," said Timothy Tuttle, Expect Labs' CEO and founder. "MindMeld is our first exploration of how voice can be used along with other contextual cues to make it easy to discover information using any device."
MindMeld has been in limited beta release with Expect Labs' partners and customers for the past eight months. During that time, Expect Labs has received thousands of requests from interested users. In the coming months, Expect Labs also intends to release versions of MindMeld for the iPhone as well as Android smartphones and tablets.
