CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A man has been convicted of robbing a credit union in Berlin, N.H.
Prosecutors said 34-year-old Daniel Hufstetler was arrested on state armed robbery charges two days after the Guardian Angel Credit Union was robbed on Nov. 14, 2011. Those charges were later dismissed and he was prosecuted in federal court.
Hufstetler is in custody pending sentencing, which is scheduled for April 1, 2014.
