MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) - A 51-year-old East Barre woman is the latest winner of the Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife's lottery for a lifetime hunting and fishing license.
The department says Kathy Robinson won the license from a drawing of 2,149 lottery tickets.
People can enter the lottery by adding the $2 entry fee when buying a license on the Fish and Wildlife Department website, by applying where hunting and fishing licenses are sold, or with a printable application also available on the department website.
Robinson says she's been hunting and fishing with her family "since forever" and is excited to win the license.
