LEBANON, N.H. -

Prosecutors have upgraded charges against a New Hampshire man linked to a deadly crash on Interstate 89 earlier this month.

Police say Robert Dellinger, 53, told them he was trying to kill himself when he drove his pickup truck across a highway median in Lebanon, colliding with another car. The crash killed a Vermont couple and their unborn child.

Friday, police arrested Dellinger at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He's now charged with two counts of second-degree murder. He will be arraigned Tuesday.
