JOHNSON, Vt. -

There are still people without power in parts of Vermont a week after that ice storm hit, and the snow didn't help matters in some parts of the state.

In fact it weighed power lines down even more In many places, crews are seeing repeat outages, getting rid of one tree only to see another fall.

Vermont Electric Cooperative says they restored more than 4,000 new outages Saturday, and about 1,200 people started this morning in the dark.

They're expected to have the lights back on later Sunday. But utility officials are concerned that any new snow could take down more trees and lines.
