St. Johnsbury author Edward Behr describes his latest book, "50 Foods."
It is an encyclopedia of sorts for some of the best foods in the world. However, the book's rave reviews are proving the content doesn't read like one. The Art of Eating food critic admits it was difficult deciding on only 50 dishes, but he was able to narrow his list.
