LANCASTER, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man is accused of causing the death of another man during a New Year's Eve confrontation.
Police say 47-year-old Steven Dupont of Lancaster has been charged with manslaughter and negligent homicide.
WMUR-TV reports he's accused of hitting 57-year-old John Kenney in the face Tuesday night in Lancaster, causing Kenney to fall to the ground and hit his head.
Dupont was arraigned Thursday. His bail was set at $100,000.
