A Barre man arrested for making pipe bombs has been sentenced to time already served since his arrest.
Police say Arlen McWain, 60, gave bombs to two of his neighbors in the summer of 2012. The neighbors turned over the devices to police. And investigators later found several homemade explosive devices in McWain's apartment.
McWain pleaded guilty to federal explosives charges and was sentenced to the 18 months he has spent behind bars and two more years of supervised release.
