Chmplain Lanes hosted a four team Bowling match on Saturday. Randolph, Hartford, Lyndon and South Burlington were the schools taking part, with the Rebels the host team. All bowlers roll two standard games to set up for the Baker style matches that determine the match winners. The team with the highest standard game total for 5 bowlers receives 1 point. The team that wins the match wins 3 points, with second getting 2, and third 1.
Today's overall points and match winner was Randolph whose team's combined standard games totaled 1670 pins. They beat Lyndon Institute in the first round following standard games to face Hartford in the final round where they won with Baker scores of 181 to 161, and 200 to 161. Lyndon beat host South Burlington in the consolation round to determine third place with Baker scores of 172 to 147 and 156 to 144.
Of note was high roller Dylan Cota of the South Burlington Rebel Strikers who in two standard games rolled a 241 and a 266. Other notable games was Brandon Young of Randolph with a 200, Wyatt Connor of Hartford with a 196, and Travis Gay also of South Burlington with a 193.
