The Newport man who made national
headlines after an alleged tractor rampage is in trouble again.
Vermont State Police say probation and
parole officers spotted Roger Pion, 35, at a home in Newport Center while they
were checking on another individual.
Pion is supposed to be under a 24-hour
curfew while he awaits trial on charges he crushed seven police cruisers with a
farm tractor back in 2012.
Pion was arrested Wednesday for
violating his conditions of release.
