ETNA, N.H. -

A weekend stakeout at a manufacturing plant in the Upper Valley brought down an alleged scrap metal ring.

Sunday night police say they caught five men-- Christopher Zullo, Jacob Coulter, John Kantowski, Leonard Kantowski and Justin Hammond-- in the act of swiping about 1,200 pounds of scrap metal from a dumpster at the Hypertherm facility in Etna, N.H.

The men face a slew of charges including burglary and theft.

Police believe the company had been targeted for at least a month and say the thefts were part of a coordinated scheme.

All five suspects were held for lack of bail.

No mugshot of Justin Hammond was available.
