A jury cleared New York State Trooper Trevor Donah of felony charges of rape and sexual abuse, but several misdemeanor charges did stick.

This trial is the second of three rape trials for Donah. The trooper was first arrested a year ago, when three different women accused him of not only rape, but a laundry list of other crimes.

Donah was acquitted of all charges in his first rape trial back in November. And Wednesday, after two days of deliberating, a jury of 12 found Donah not guilty of rape yet again.

The Franklin County district attorney's office prosecuted both cases against him. The assistant district attorneys declined to comment about the case, saying the judge ordered them not to talk because of the next trial coming up. Defense attorney Brian Barrett also refused to comment on the case.

As of now there is no date set for Donah's third trial. In the upcoming trial, Donah is accused of rape in the first degree and two counts of unlawful imprisonment in the first degree.

Donah is on paid leave from the State Police. According to authorities, the alleged crimes occurred while he was off-duty.

No word yet on what Donah will be sentenced with as far as the guilty charges go. And again, Donah will be back in court for yet another rape trial.
