NEW YORK, Feb. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Marcum Bernstein Pinchuk LLP, a top ranking accounting firm with a substantial China practice, today announced that its Co-Managing Partner Drew Bernstein will be speaking at Duke University's conference on "Sustainable Growth in Asia," to be held at the Fuqua School of Business on February 19th, 2014.

The conference will feature presentations by leading executives from multi-national corporations including The Procter & Gamble Company, Wipro Consulting, Coca-Cola and Lenovo on building successful businesses in Asia.

Based upon over a decade of experience as an auditor, board member and provider of due diligence support for Chinese companies, Mr. Bernstein has been asked to address the subject of "Investing in Asia" from 3:00 PM to 3:50 PM.

"I look forward to the opportunity to speak before such a high profile group of multi-national business leaders, faculty and MBA candidates about the lessons I have learned in a decade of deep involvement in the China market," said Drew Bernstein.

"As one of the most significant non-Big Four audit firms operating in China, MarcumBP has been able to take deep dives into the financials and operations of over a hundred companies across China, as either a public auditor or provider of financial due diligence services. "Given the vast scale and growth potential of the Asian markets, this region will continue to be an important proving ground for the CEOs of tomorrow. For investors in China, that country combines vast opportunity and outsized risk, with the greatest rewards going to those who are informed and prudent," he concluded.
