LOS ANGELES, Feb. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Anna Ouroumian, Founder/President/CEO of the critically-lauded Academy of Business Leadership (ABL) will roll out the red carpet at the organization's First Annual FUNDRAISER celebrating "Love and Service" hosted by Tatiana Brunetti at the trendy Mari Vanna Restaurant, 8475 Melrose Place in West Hollywood on February 15, 2014 from 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM.  Guests will be treated to signature Russian hors d'oeuvres and exquisite vodka at the organization's stand-alone event whose primary mission is to give high-potential, low-opportunity youth a chance to further their education and career opportunities.

Lubov Azria, Chief Creative Officer of BCBGMAXAZRIA, will be the featured inspirational speaker.  Mark Dalzell, Senior VP for the Capital Research Company and Fixed Portfolio Manager for the parent company, The Capital Group Companies, Inc., will be honored by ABL for his long-time financial support of the organization and his far-reaching philanthropy.  A number of business leaders, VIPs and celebrity guests are scheduled to attend.

Anna Ouroumian has been at the helm of ABL since 1998.  As the head of ABL, Ouroumian  incorporates a framework and systems for success fueled by her ability and impressive success in finding a way out of war-torn Lebanon as a young woman against incredible odds.  She has centered the focus of ABL on harnessing the talent of underserved and high potential, promising youth to see themselves as "Leaders NOW™" with the ability to make their mark and a difference in the world today.  Anna's mantra is "dream big, follow your heart, and have no limitations."

Since 1998, over 115,000 Southern California kids have gone through ABL's Empowerment workshops and presentations. With the organization's assistance, 100% of ABL alumni graduate from high school and 99% attend colleges and universities with 90% graduating.

Tickets are $150 per person with all proceeds going to support ABL's goal in 2014 to reach 7,000 students through its workshops and 200 scholars through its Summer Business and Leadership Institute which will be held in Southern California and in the Bronx, New York through planned expansion later this year.
