CLAREMONT, N.H. (AP) - Police in Claremont, N.H., have arrested a father and son on charges of selling and possessing drugs as part of a long investigation.
Roger Colby, 50, and Mark Colby, 30, were arrested Thursday as police throughout Sullivan County were out making arrests related to the investigation.
The Eagle-Times reports Claremont Police Chief Alex Scott said the Colbys were the primary targets of Thursday's sweep.
Roger Colby was charged with four counts of sale of heroin. Mark Colby was charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.
Investigators said they found 600 bags of heroin, with a street value of $3,000; Oxycontin pills, with a street value of $3,000; $4,000 in cash, as well as a .22-caliber handgun.
