All that snow out there makes for great skiing, sledding and other outdoor fun this weekend!


For the brave of heart, there's the Morrisville Rotary Lake Elmore Polar Splash. If anyone has ever suggested you should "go jump in a lake ... now's your opportunity, and it raises money for a great cause. The Rotary Club is partnering with the Lamoille Home Health and Hospice.


The Lyndon Burke Snowflake Festival has been chosen as a Top 10 Winter Event by the Vermont Chamber of Commerce and it starts today! There's a pancake breakfast and later in the day, the Burke Wine & Art Snowcase. The Festival features two full weeks of fun at various locations.


Vermont Artisan Trunk Show is happening from 11am to 5pm in Woodstock. It's a co-op of 13 artisans, and while you're shopping you can visit with the them during a visit to Windsor County today.


The Enosburg Falls High School drama club is putting on The Wedding Singer. It's a musical adapted from the movie made famous by Adam Sandler who was an entertainer looking for love. There are two shows today at 1 & 7 p.m. at Enosburg Falls Junior/Senior High School. Tickets range from 6 to 8 dollars.


The weather isn't stopping ski jumping at Harris Hill tomorrow. Practice jumping starts at 9:00 a.m. and gates open at 10 a.m. Opening ceremonies are scheduled for noon. It's on Cedar Street, exit 2 off I91 (left off exit, approx. ¾ mile down on the left) or off Rte. 30 at Cedar Street (first right after Grafton Cheese/Retreat Petting Farm), Brattleboro, Vermont). That continues Sunday as well.
