Local chefs named finalists for regional award

Two Vermont chefs are finalists for a regional James Beard Award.

Eric Warnstedt of Hen of the Wood has been nominated for the sixth year running.

Wesley Genovart of South Londonderry's SoLo Farm & Table is also on the list.

They are two of 20 finalists in the Northeast.

The next round of finalists will be named March 19.

Also, in New Hampshire, Stephen Wood of Farnum Hill Cider in Lebanon is nominated in the Outstanding Wine, Spirits or Beer Professional category.
