Sugarbush helps out displaced condo fire residents

Posted: Updated:
WARREN, Vt. -

The Sugarbush Ski Resort is trying to help the families displaced by a massive condominium fire. The Monday fire destroyed almost 36 units.

Everyone was able to escape and no one was hurt, but many are now without a place to live.

The resort did not own or manage the condos, but Sugarbush officials say they are committed to doing everything they can to help people get back on their feet.

A website dedicated to helping the displaced residents has started. Mountainside Fire helps match Mountainside condo residents in need with people who are willing to help.
