GILMANTON, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire Fish and Game officials say a 54-year-old man has suffered a serious leg injury after he lost control of his snowmobile and hit a tree in Gilmanton.
Henry Huntington of Loudon was riding on a trail near Stone Road around 2:30 p.m. Sunday when he hit a tree and was ejected his snowmobile. He was riding with his adult son who called for medical assistance. Officials say both were wearing helmets.
Huntington is being treated at Concord Hospital for injuries to his right leg.
The accident is being investigated.
