A small plane crash in the state of Georgia has claimed the life of a former Upper Valley resident.
Federal Aviation Administration officials say the twin-engine Beechcraft Baron aircraft crashed at LaGrange-Callaway Airport Saturday. All three people on board were killed. One the victims, 69-year-old Willy Lutz, used to live in Claremont and West Lebanon according to the Union Leader Newspaper,
The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating what caused the crash.
