Gov. Shumlin's public appearance schedule

MONTPELIER, Vt. -

Governor Peter Shumlin has a busy public schedule this week. He'll sign legislation, attend Chamber of Commerce events and swear in a new judge. Governor Shumlin will also travel to Washington. His staff says he will be meeting with the Congressional delegation on Tuesday. 

Here are the details of his public schedule released by his office.

Saturday, March 22

6:00 p.m.             Drop the puck at the start of the 11th Annual Benefit Hockey Game, Vermont Law Enforcement (Enforcers) vs. Vermont National Guard (Defenders), Essex Junction Skating Facility, 2 Educational Drive

 6:40 p.m.             Speak at Vermont Foster Adoptive Family Association Annual Conference, Sheraton Conference Center, Burlington

Monday, March 24

8:00 a.m.              Speak at Franklin County Legislative Breakfast, American Legion, Parah Drive, St. Albans.

9:30 a.m.             Press conference, bill signing, Planned Parenthood of Northern New England 128 Lakeside Avenue, Burlington

12:00 p.m.           Addison County Governor's Luncheon, American Legion, 49 Wilson Road, Middlebury

2:00 p.m.             Speak at the Drug Marketplace Intervention Training Initiative, Franklin Conference Center, 1 Scale Avenue, Rutland

In Washington D.C. for meeting with the Congressional Delegation
