Snow is still on the ground and we are dealing with potholes.
According to the Vermont Transportation Agency, we've spent $1.3 million on 2,500 tons of patch to fill the potholes. Compare that to the five-year average for an entire season of $1.85 million for 5,200. And the patching has barely begun.
