On Saturday at the Billings building at UVM the Brazilian Capoeira group, called "Jagube Capoeira", will be having their first ceremony of "Batizado" which is when students earn their "corda" (the equivalent of a belt). These will potentially be the first Vermonters to earn their Capoeira corda ever. The Batizado is on Saturday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
