Global – March 31, 2014 /MarketersMedia/ —

The Recruiter Link (TRL) is aimed at highly experienced SME and Independent agency recruiters who have an entrepreneurial mindset and are open to collaboration. It has been developed by Andy Williams and Ian Turnpenny who between them have over 20 years of experience in the global recruitment industry and have seen first hand the value of developing trusted, collaborative relationships with other recruiters to generate revenue.

It is invitation only in order to maintain the highest standards of quality and unlike other platforms and communities, TRL does not take a % of successful deals that it facilitates.

“The recruitment industry is changing with a significant growth in the population of high quality, niche SME and Independent Recruiters. The TRL community allows them to build a high value, trusted network with each other on both a local and global scale to generate additional revenue opportunities through collaboration. The shared economy is developing the way that proactive and progressive recruiters are able to work,” says TRL’s Co-founder Andy Williams.

Since the soft launch in November 2013, TRL has grown to over 300 recruiters across 20 countries making it the fastest growing global recruiter community available. TRL has an average experience level of 10 years with over 90% of the members being owners, founders and directors of their businesses, many of which have already benefited from successful revenue generating collaborations.

There are strictly limited numbers of ‘Pioneer Memberships’ available for TRL. These members will receive full access to the community for free and additional benefits as the site grows.
