WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont man has been accused of taking cereal, orange juice and Jell-O from a neighbor's apartment, in addition to prescription drugs and jewelry.
Nicolas Macie of Windsor pleaded not guilty Tuesday to burglary stemming from his arrest earlier this year.
The Eagle Times reports police said the neighbor said bracelets, old coins and medication were missing. The neighbor said the burglar even took Cap'n Crunch cereal, Jell-O and orange juice.
Police said they tracked down some of the stolen items at a Claremont pawn shop, who identified the 24-year-old Macie as one of the men who sold them.
It wasn't immediately known if Macie had a lawyer.
