Chef Alex Dziurzynski from the Essex Resort joins the WCAX morning show to prepare a parsnip salad with spring onion vinaigrette.



Yield: 1 cup

1 ea   Spring onions- Chopped Fine                      (tops can be pureed)
2 Tbl Honey
3 oz   Cider Vinegar
3 oz   Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tsp  Salt
1 tsp  Fresh Ground Peppper
