Police issue arrest warrant in Vt. Gas protest

Posted: Updated:
SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. - There is now an arrest warrant for one of the members of Rising Tide, who police say trespassed at Vermont Gas headquarters in South Burlington during a protest last month.

Police say Henry Harris of St. Johnsbury was one of two demonstrators to slip into the building and hang a banner from the roof.

The other alleged trespasser, Will Bennington, came forward and was arraigned on the misdemeanor earlier this month.
