BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Curtis Harper scored three goals as the New Hampshire boys beat Vermont, 6-4 in the second Twin State Senior All Star Hockey game played Saturday night at Gutterson Fieldhouse.  Vermont took its only lead of the game in the second period off a Gabe Simpatico (South Burlington) shot off a faceoff.  New Hampshire scored three of the final four goals to get the victory.

The Vermont girls took a 3-2 lead in the third period, only to see New Hampshire score the next two including the overtime game winner in a 4-3 victory Saturday afternoon in the first game of the Twin State double header.  BFA-St. Albans senior Dani Schreiner had the goal of the game on a breakaway to tie the game at 1 in the first period.  Brooke Avery had the game winning goal for New Hampshire.

Money raised from both games went to the Vermont Make-A-Wish Foundation.
