BURLINGTON, Vt. - An update on Burlington College-- the small school is struggling financially and now a top official has resigned.

Stephen St. Onge, the dean of academics and vice president for student affairs, resigned Thursday. He confirmed the move to WCAX News, but gave no reason for his departure. Several faculty members and staff have left the school in recent months.

Faculty, staff and students voted no confidence in President Christine Plunkett recently due to her handling of the financial mess, but the board of trustees is standing by her.
