WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, Vt. (AP) - The co-owner of two historic inns in Vermont has been charged with shooting a bullet through a former employee's truck.
The Valley News reports 51-year-old Kenneth Lucci pleaded not guilty this month to charges that include aggravated stalking with a deadly weapon.
A police affidavit says former Windsor employee Zach Burch told police that Lucci fired a bullet through Burch's truck on Nov. 14. Police say Burch told them the incident happened after Lucci knocked on the door of his home and he didn't respond.
Lucci is the co-owner of the Sumner Mansion Inn in Hartland and the Windsor Mansion Inn in Windsor- formerly known as the Juniper Hill Inn -which are both listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
