1. Process the chocolate in a food processor until finely ground. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt and process until well combined. \
2. NOTE: Store in an airtight container, or go on to step 2 to make Hot Cocoa.
3. For each serving, heat 1 cup milk until hot, but not boiling. Add 2 to 4 tablespoons cocoa mix, stirring until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or marshmallows, if desired.
