Double-Chocolate Skipper Cookies

Mark Elvidge and Teisha Thibault of Vermont Nut Free Chocolates share the recipe for Double-Chocolate Skipper Cookies.

Double-Chocolate Skipper Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vermont Nut Free cocoa powder
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup Vermont Nut Free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Vermont Nut Free skippers
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix butter and sugar until completely blended
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time
  3. Add in flour, salt, baking soda and Vermont Nut Free cocoa powder slowly without over mixing, just until ingredients are incorporated
  4. Drop cookies into rounded tablespoons onto nonstick baking sheets, placing about 1.5" apart and gently press to lightly flatten
  5. Bake 7-10 minutes at 350 degrees
  6. Place on cooling rack
  7. Enjoy!
