PLYMOUTH, Vt. -

Several orphaned bears were released back into Vermont's wild after getting some help from rehabilitators.

The malnourished young bears showed up in residential areas this spring and were captured. They were brought back to good health by bear rehabilitators Ben and Phoebe Kilham in Lyme, New Hampshire.

Fish and Wildlife successfully released the bears a couple of weeks ago at a large wildlife management area in southern Vermont.
