BRISTOL, Vt. -

Police say a Bristol man accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old violated his conditions of release twice.

In January, Caleb Bonvouloir, 18, was charged with sexually assaulting a girl at Mount Abraham Union High School. He's also charged with sending an indecent photo to a minor. He was released on conditions including no contact with females under 16 and not going to places where people under 16 congregate.

Bonvouloir was charged with violating those conditions in May and again in June.
