Counseling Session for Specialty Filaments Workers

Middlebury, Vermont - January 16th, 2007

An emergency counseling session is scheduled for Tuesday for 180 former employees of Specialty Filaments.

The company filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy last week.

Specialty Filaments has two plants in Middlebury, where they made plastic bristles for brushes.

Tuesday's counseling session will be from 9 to 12 at the American Legion in Middlebury.

And there is a job fair on Thursday from 9 to 3, also at the American Legion.
