The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office does not plan to reconsider its decision exonerating a man, for his involvement in a fatal shooting.
Last year 50-year-old Gregory Floyd shot and killed Liko Kenney, who had just shot and killed a police officer in Franconia.
Last week, after being convicted of threatening a neighbor, Floyd erupted in the courthouse and was charged following a brawl with police. Kenney's family wanted authorities to reconsider filing criminal charges against Floyd. But Attorney General Kelly Ayotte says unless they get new evidence about the shooting, the case is closed.
