BURLINGTON, VT -- The Red Sox 2004 and 2007 World Series trophies paid a visit to Burlington Wednesday.

The trophies, as well as Wally the Green Monster and team representatives, joined state and local officials at a ceremony on the Church Street Marketplace to announce that this year's Vermont Day at Fenway Park.

The game will take place Sunday July 13th against Baltimore. That's the final game before the all-star break.

It will be an opportunity for Vermont to take center stage, but for the fans in attendance Wednesday, seeing the two stars of the show was a much bigger deal.

"I've waited all my life for those. To see those. I've been a Red Sox fan since '55. It's a thrill.", said Sox fan Jim Corrigan.

"It's awesome. It's great.", added fan Kevin Shea.   "I was there in '04 when they came out to the Fairgrounds when the first one came. Seeing them both here is fantastic. Let's do it again. Let's bring them here next year."
