The Red Sox World Series Trophies paid a visit to the Jericho home of 11-year-old Ross Perri and his 12-year-old brother Anthony. Ross was diagnosed with leukemia late last year and recently underwent a bone marrow transplant with the marrow provided by his brother Anthony. Both are big Lake Monster and Red Sox fans, but were unable to attend tonight's game, so a decision had to be made. Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy, who played a key roll in setting up the event tonight at Centennial, along with the Red Sox and Lake Monsters, decided that if the kids couldn't come to see the trophies, then the trophies would come to see them.
