A routine traffic stop led to a drug bust in southern Vermont early Wednesday morning.
State Police say a trooper pulled over a car on Interstate 91 for speeding and suspected the driver was under the influence. A search of the car turned up 104 bags of heroin and about 26.5 grams of cocaine.
Four people, 24-year-old Mitchell Harrington, of Windsor, 20-year-old Tiffany Decapua and 20-year-old Felix Valle, both of Meriden, NH, and 20-year-old William Manson, of Hartford, Conn., were arrested and charged with possession of heroin and cocaine.
