More Indictments in Brooke Bennett Case

San Antonio, Texas - October 25, 2008

Another federal indictment has been handed down against Brooke Bennett's former stepfather.

Rag Gagnon of San Antonio, Texas is accused of forcing children to produce pornography over a four year period. The court papers do not indicate where the alleged sex acts took place, or identify the victim.

In July, he was indicted on charges he possessed child pornography and sent it across the country.
